St. Louis based Anders CPA is further committing to Downtown and encourages other companies to do the same. Last year, Anders announced their 10-year lease extension at Bank of America Plaza, where they have been since 2014. The company plans to add 234 in-person workers, helping to further revitalize the business district.

“We’re personally committed to the revitalization of Downtown and would like to see other companies relocate Downtown,” said Anders’ CEO Robert Minkler Jr. Last year, the Board of Alderman approved an incentive package to help Anders retain their workforce and boost city employment, an arrangement that proved successful for the Downtown firm.
