314 Day 2026 Design

In honor of 314 Day 2026 The 314 Day Foundation, in partnership with the STLMade initiative, held its third annual 314 Day Design Contest last fall. Visual artists and illustrators across the region submitted samples of their existing work for consideration to create the official 314 Day 2026 design. The winning artist, Natashna Anderson, has created a unique graphic inspired by her love of St. Louis and the 20th Anniversary of 314 Day that will be splashed across t-shirts, stickers, and bags to celebrate [image attached]. Commemorative t-shirts will be available for purchase at STL Style and the Sold on St. Louis Shop at Missouri History Museum beginning the week of 314 Day.

20th Anniversary of 314 Day

Terrell “Dip” Evans and Tatum Polk created 314 Day in 2006 with the vision of bringing St. Louis together to celebrate the positive things happening in the city. 20 years later, it has become an official region-wide holiday shared by all local cultures, as well as organizations and businesses large and small throughout the unique communities and neighborhoods that make up the St. Louis Metro. The 314 Day Foundation was established in 2021 with the aim of uniting residents, business owners and natives in a day of positivity and community spirit.

“We are beyond thrilled to mark 20 years of 314 Day and invite all St. Louisans to share this incredible milestone with us. We hope those who grew up here but since moved away will treat it as a homecoming. Watching 314 Day grow bigger and better and reaching 20 years far exceeds what we could have ever imagined when we started it with the goal of uniting people from all walks of life to show their love and bring positivity to our community,” Polk said.

The 314 Day Foundation has once again partnered with STLMade, an initiative of Greater St. Louis, Inc., to make 314 Day 2026 the best celebration yet.

“Whether you live in the 314, 618, 636, or any of the region’s area codes, 314 Day is all about celebrating St. Louis and all of the people, places and things that make it the best city in America,” said Tony Wyche, spokesman for Greater St. Louis, Inc. “We encourage people to get out in their communities that weekend and support local businesses and restaurants and share your local pride on social media.”
