Through the Downtown Retail Incentive program, Pop-Pop Hurray!, a gourmet popcorn retailer, has opened their third location at the corner of 11th Street & Locust. Stop in and choose from over 50 unique flavors of popcorn, from classic cheese to their famous STL mix, made fresh daily.
CEO and owner Tony Davis has moved Pop-Pop Hurray!’s production and shipping fulfillment to the new Downtown location, further solidifying the STLMade company’s presence in the neighborhood.
Through the Downtown Retail Incentive program, businesses like Davis’ can start up or expand into Downtown and use the funding for outdoor signage, interior improvements, and more. Just steps away from Washington Avenue, Pop Pop Hurray! is located at 1100 Locust and is open Tuesday – Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
