Two years ago, Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice LLC staff were surveyed about relocating their office from Downtown; of the 60 surveyed, all but two wanted to remain. Staff members expressed that the central location is vital, and that by staying Downtown, they are a part of its resurgence.
