To help area street departments and emergency vehicles have the space they need to operate, Greater St. Louis, Inc. is encouraging companies across the region to have their employees work from home Monday.
“This was a major storm and road crews around the region have been working non-stop since Saturday to keep things clear. First, we want to thank those dedicated workers for their hard work and second, we are asking companies to have their employees work from home on Monday in order to give those crews and emergency vehicles room to operate,” said Ron Kitchens, GSL Managing Partner.
In light of the heavy accumulations of snow and bitter cold temperatures, GSL asks everyone to please be safe. If you or anyone needs shelter from the extreme cold, call 211 to get connected to services.
