Aubergine

Story and photos by Ella Manthey

A Downtown St. Louis favorite, Aubergine serves Thai food with a twist. Add Aubergine to your must-try list and enjoy dishes like the Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao), which serves stir-fried wide-rice noodles with onions, bell peppers, green beans, basil leaves, a choice of protein, and sweet chile jam sauce, or one of the restaurant’s delicious (and in some cases, deliciously spicy) curries. Aubergine is open weekdays for lunch and dinner (closed Thursdays) and open on weekends for dinner service.
