In order to create a world-class ecosystem for small businesses, we need to prepare those businesses for growth and integration into corporate supply chains. Not only do we offer a 12-week, cohort-based accelerator program, we offer readiness coaching that offers small businesses practical, actionable tools and strategies to prepare them for growth and success.
Supplier Readiness Accelerator
The Supplier Readiness Accelerator is a 12-week, cohort-based program designed to prepare locally owned small businesses for growth and integration into corporate supply chains. Beginning with a pre-program assessment to establish baseline alignment, participants progress through three structured modules that build foundational business development strategies, strengthen operational readiness, and equip them with financial, compliance, and procurement knowledge. Each week introduces practical learnings from cultivating leads and scaling operations to managing cash flow, securing certifications, and navigating vendor portals.
Capstone Project
The program culminates in a capstone project where participants present a comprehensive growth plan that integrates business development, operations, funding, certifications, partnerships, and sourcing strategies. By combining structured learning with applied practice, the accelerator empowers suppliers to scale effectively, pursue contracts confidently, and position themselves as competitive partners in the regional supply chain.
Eligibility Requirements
