Barron’s has named Edward Jones Managing Partner Penny Pennington, a Greater St. Louis, Inc. Fiduciary Board Member, to its list of the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance.

The list honors established and emerging leaders in financial services, the corporate world, nonprofit organizations, and government, and includes senior leaders, finance executives, economists, public servants, and investors. Honorees were chosen for their achievements throughout the past year, their influence within their organization, and their potential to shape the future of finance.

St. Louis is a place where women can start up, stand out, and stay. Nearly 10% of all women-led Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. are in St. Louis — while women entrepreneurs and small business owners are shaping their neighborhoods and communities in impactful ways.

Greater St. Louis, Inc. congratulates Pennington on this honor, recognizing the work she does daily to build inclusive economic growth throughout the St. Louis metro.
