As the 18th largest U.S. office market, the St. Louis metro offers 145 million square feet of space with an 8.19% vacancy rate. The 19th largest warehousing market in the country, the region gives businesses a variety of options amid 328 million square feet of industrial warehouse space with a 3.89% vacancy rate. St. Louis’ major public ports, America’s Central Port in Illinois and the Municipal River Terminal in the City of St. Louis, offer a variety of available sites with access to the Mississippi River, railways and highways. America’s Central Port is a 1,200-acre intermodal, mixed-use business and industrial park adjacent to the Mississippi River and located in a foreign trade zone.
