ST. LOUIS – A new class of leaders graduated this week from the Fellows Experience, an initiative of Greater St. Louis, Inc. that works with local companies and organizations to cultivate and retain mid-career professionals. The nearly 90 graduates of this year’s cohort — the program’s 19th — expand the ranks of the 1,200 Fellows Experience alumni in St. Louis and beyond. Event sponsor Edward Jones hosted the ceremony on its North Campus.
This year’s Fellows Experience cohort consisted of professionals from sponsoring St. Louis corporations and organizations, including: Ameren, BJC HealthCare, Caleres, Centene, Citi, Edward Jones, Energizer Holdings, Enterprise Bank & Trust, Evernorth Health Services, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, HOMEWORKS!, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Mercy, Nestle Purina, Places for People, Reinsurance Group of America, Schnucks Markets, Inc., St. Louis Development Corporation, and Spire.
“When we invest in the leadership of people who are already making a difference in St. Louis, we create a ripple effect that reaches every corner of our region,” said Dr. Trezette Dixon, Vice President of the Fellows Experience. “The Fellows Experience is a transformative program that gives professionals the space, tools, and network to thrive, not just for themselves, but for the communities and organizations they serve.
The graduation ceremony featured remarks from Penny Pennington, Managing Partner, Edward Jones, and a discussion between Michelle D. Tucker, President and CEO, United Way of Greater St. Louis, and Keisha Mabry Haymore, Managing Director, Per Scholas.
The Fellows Experience is now accepting nominations for its next cohort, which will run January – September 2026, with in-person sessions taking place at locations throughout the St. Louis region. Each participant must have commitment from both their organization and their direct supervisor, ensuring investment in the future of their employee and inclusive economic growth of the community.
